A short review of Conference held at Oslo between 27-30 October 1997, which was about ‘Child Labour’ was written under 4 main chapetrs. In the first chapter the list of the invited countries, in the second chapter opening speaches, in the third chapter the activity plan admitted at the end of the conference and in the last chapter the general evaluation of the conference.

Also there was parts from the speaches of Norwegian Development and Human Rights Minister Hilde F. Johnson, ILO Occupational Conditions and Environment Director Mr. Assefa Bequele, Norwegian Prime Minister Kjell Magne Bondevik, ILO General Director Michel Hansenne, UNICEF General Director Carol Bellamy, German Deputy Prime Minister Klaus-Jurgen Hedrich and the Employer Delegation Spokesman Ashraf Tabani.

Social and Economic obligations or restrictions to trade will cause dismal competition and will worsen the current conditions of the developing countries. And it will also detoriorate the living conditions of the children living in the developing countries that the rich countries are trying to help. Therefore the cultural, social and traditional structures of these countries should first be analysed and then applicable, sustainable and realist solution reccommendations can be formed by cooperating with the local officials.
